How I Overcome Jealousy

Hi lovely,

Tomorrow I head to LA for a conference with my mentor, Gina Devee. I’ll be surrounded by 100s of women entrepreneurs, many of whom LIGHTYEARS ahead of me in business. Their businesses are well-oiled machines! In the past my jealousy and fear would have kept me at home…

I used to avoid conferences like this because my “comparisonitis” would sink me into levels of defeat and self-doubt. That isn’t the case anymore, and I want to tell you why.

When I surround myself with highly successful women, their mindsets rub off on me. I have no choice but to “uplevel” my life and business when I’m in the same room as these powerful women. My vibration raises and my energy becomes magnetic. Their success fuels me because they show me what’s possible with daily action, hard work, and passion.

Every time you face the fear and show up despite the story in your head trying to keep you safe, your life will change for the better. When I show up to these conferences in the face of self-doubt, I always learn the most important lesson.

We’re all human! We’re all one. What’s personal is universal. We get to learn from each other and celebrate one another. That’s the whole point.

Jim Rohn, self-made billionaire has the best quote: “You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.” What does this quote mean to you?

Back in the day when I was teaching in a low-vibrational space, complaint and low-salaries were the topics of conversation which left me uninspired and broke. I became the average of these conversations energetically and financially, totally unfulfilled.

Today I have a non-negotiable. I only spend time with people who lift me up or inspire me, both in business and in life. As an empath and highly sensitive person, I know what serves me and what doesn’t so I honor my needs without apology. This in the end, serves my loved ones as well.

Back to you, love. How can you uplevel this week? Who inspires you to live your purpose? Who are your champions and biggest supporters? You know the energy suckers in your life…. if they don’t serve you, find the friends/coaches/therapists who do.

Much love,
Chrissy
